SAJSBA racing round 1

The first round of the SAJSBA NATIONAL SERIES was just held at the Benoni dam.

Tyron Motzouris was victories in the S1 stand up class with great riding on his JSU SXR800.Tyron won the first heat while being chased to the line by brother Dustin. Dustin gave his brother all he could handle but Tyron showed what he was made of and made it to the checkered flag.

In the second heat Tyron holeshotted again and Dustin went down hard on the first lap going all the way back to last place. Dustin made his way through the pack back to second but it was not easy, the track stayed smooth and it made passing very difficult.

In the last moto Dustin got the start he was looking for all day and stretched out a big lead to take the final moto.Tyron did all he needed to do and took the overall victory that has been long deserved.Nick Sloley showed his metal by taking third place in his first S1 national on his JSU KAWASAKI and served notice that he is here to bang bars and get some good results.Marcel Bestel of JONNY DAZEL RACING and Justin Windsor of LJS both rode well and rounded out the top 5.The JSU KAWASAKI TEAM was over the moon as they took the top three spots on the podium.

In the OPEN RUNABOUT CLASS Jared Moore put his Terry Moore tuned 15F KAWASAKI out front and won all three motos followed by Nick Thompson who had problems with his TURBO RXP.Things are sure to hot up in this class.

In the R1 class Nick turned the tables on Jared and dominated the stock class.
The next race is in the surf in Durban and this is going to be an awesome event and should seperate the men from the boys.
